Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of your purchase. To qualify:
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Certain health and personal care items
Partial Refunds May Be Granted For:
- Items with visible signs of use
- Items not in original condition or missing parts
- Items returned after 14 days
Manufacturer Warranties
Many of the products we sell are covered by manufacturer warranties. These warranties vary by brand and product and are subject to the terms and conditions set by the manufacturer.
If your item is defective and covered under a manufacturer warranty, we will assist you in initiating a warranty claim with the supplier. Please contact us at info@scottyscycleshoppe.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
Please note:
- Warranty claims may require the item to be returned to the supplier for inspection
- Processing times and outcomes are determined by the manufacturer
- We do not guarantee warranty approval, as decisions are made by the supplier

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank

Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Clearance items are final sale and will be marked as such.
Exchanges
We may replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at info@scottyscycleshoppe.com. We may require pictures of the product and may ask you to ship the item for inspection and confirmation.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. If not, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
Mail your return to UNIT 5, 133 HEAD ST, STRATHROY ONTARIO
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated during the return request process.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- For high-value items, consider using a trackable service or insurance
In some cases we may provide a shipping label form the supplier to facilitate a manufacturer’s warranty return.
